Claims under construction contracts, which are by no means uncommon, typically relate to delay, disruption, defects and value.
Within what is often a high stakes situation, where success or failure can have a significant effect on a business, it is imperative that a claiming party understands that they hold the burden of proof and provide evidence which proves their case.
